Anna Buturlina was born in Moscow. She graduated n°1 from Music School Prokoviev in piano class, and later studied at the famous Gnessin State Musical College. During her 3rd year of training, Anna discovered her vocation for jazz. Now she's one of the most popular jazz singers in Russia. In addition to working on jazz solo concerts, Anna Buturlina also works with the State Symphony Cinema Orchestra and with big groups from different cities of Russia. She took part in Anatoly Kroll's ''First Lady of the Russian Jazz'' project.
