Early Life[]
Amylea was born on 26 November 1986 at Alor Star General Hospital and is the eldest of 3 siblings. Her first school was Sek Keb Sungai Petani and her last school was SMK Mahsuri , Langkawi. She settled in Langkawi in 1990 when she was 4 years old and moved back and forth until her family settled permanently in 2001. When she was in Form 5, she became a part-time Deejay at Radio Langkawi for a year. She was offered to continue her studies in Form 6 in the science and mathematics stream but was not interested.
Career[]
Amylea began her artistic career when she joined Akademi Fantasia 3 in 2005. In addition, she was also selected to participate in One In A Million Season Three on TV8. However, she was eliminated in the Top 5 weekly concert.
In 2009, Amylea finally released her album titled Sepela 3. This is because this album took 3 years to complete.
In 2017, Amylea participated in the popular singing reality competition Akademi Fantasia Megastar which for the first time brought together 24 of the best alumni throughout the 13 seasons of Akademi Fantasia. However, luck was not on her side when she was eliminated in the 2nd week at the Homecoming Concert .
