Other Info:[]
- During the course of recording the voices, Robin Williams improvised so much they had almost sixteen hours of material.
- Because Robin Williams ad-libbed so many of his lines, the script was rejected for a Best Adapted Screenplay Academy Award nomination.
- Jonathan Freeman, who voiced Jafar, ended up playing the live-action version in the Broadway musical.
- Tim Curry, Kelsey Grammer, John Hurt, Christopher Lloyd, and Ian McKellen were considered for the role of Jafar.
- Even though Scott Weinger (Aladdin) and Linda Larkin (Jasmine) are pretty decent singers, they did not sing for their respective characters. Brad Kane did Aladdin's singing while Lea Salonga did Jasmine's singing.
- Danny DeVito and Joe Pesci were considered for the voice of Iago.
- Albert Brooks, John Candy, Matt Frewer, John Goodman, Steve Martin, Eddie Murphy and Martin Short were all considered at one point to provide the voice of the Genie.
- Scott Weinger was only 17 when he voiced Aladdin as a young adult in this film.
- Gilbert Gottfried's favorite performance has always been Iago.

- In 2004, because of a racist line in the lyrics of "Arabian Nights", this part of the lyrics was changed (just like the original version). The original line was : « Vão cortar sua orelha / Pra mostrar para você / Como é bárbaro o nosso lar (They'll cut your ear / To show you / How barbaric our home is). » (1993/soundtrack) And was replaced by : « É uma imensidão / O calor e exaustão / Como é bárbaro o nosso lar (It's an immensity / The heat and exhaustion / How barbaric our home is). » (2004-present) That first version can still be heard in the soundtrack and on the VHS. Pedro Lopes, the singing voice of The Peddler, came back to record the new line.
- Sílvia Goiabeira said she has loved to dub Jasmine, as it was her first major role after 3 years in dubbing, but that it has been difficult because of the very different visions Telmo Perle Münch - the dubbing director - and Javier Pontón - the Creative Supervisor? - had of the character. She also mentions she couldn't really enjoy the Premiere in São Paulo in 1993 because of sickness, which she would learn later was because of her unknown pregnancy.

- In 2004, because of a racist line in the lyrics of "Arabian Nights", this part of the lyrics was changed; and the same happened in Quebec : The original line was « On vous coupe les oreilles / Si votre air nous revient pas / C'est barbare, mais on se sent chez soi! (We cut your ears / If we don't like your face / It's barbaric, but we feel at home!) » And was replaced by : « Cette terre de mystères / Aux décors si sévères / Regorge d'histoires légendaires (This land of mysteries / With those severe landscapes / Is filled with legendary stories) »
- According to the Quebec Dubbing Forum, it seems Geneviève De Rocray was victim of a car crash in the late 90s, which left her tetraplegic.

- The songs were recorded in November 1992.
- **The End Credits version of "A Whole New World" uses the European (Castilian) Spanish lyrics of the song, written by Spanish Lyricist Alejandro Nogueras, but with the help of Mexicans Lyricists Renato López & Walterio Pesqueira.
- In 2004, because of a racist line in the lyrics of "Arabian Nights", this part of the lyrics was changed (just like the original version). The original line was : « Y si ahí les caes mal / Te van a mutilar / Que barbaríe, pero es mí hogar (And there if they don't like you / They'll mutilate you / How barbaric, but it's my home). » (1993/soundtrack) And was replaced by : « Extensión colosal / Resplandor singular / Que barbaríe, pero es mí hogar (Colossal expanse / Unique glow / How barbaric, but it's my home). » (2004-present) That first version can still be heard in the soundtrack and on the VHS. It seems that Raúl Carballeda, the singing voice of The Peddler, came back to record the new line. (need confirmation)
- Maggie Vera , as a singer, auditionned for both speaking and singing voice of Jasmine; but singer Analy had already been chosen. Analy said that they're both close friends.
- Analy (full name : Ana Lilia Gerardo Lozoya) was only 19 years-old when she sang as Jasmine.
- The singer Michelle (full name : Michelle Early), who sang the Pop version of the song, is actually American. She fell in love with Spain, and as her mother was a manager of Latin singers, she got her a contract. Today, she stopped singing and works as a Sales Manager.

- The dubbing was only broadcast on "RTS" Radio Television of Serbia ("РТС" Радио-телевизија Србије) and was never released on Home Media supports.
- As it is a TV dubbing, there was technically no Directors for the dialogues and songs. The Sound Engineer guides and helps to some extend the actors and singers with their recordings.
- This is the only Serbian TV dubbing in which all songs are dubbed. The singers did them for free, as RTS didn't allocate funds to dub them originally.
- Milan Antonić (Милан Антонић), who was the Lyricist, got inspiration from the Croatian lyrics of the songs, done by Davor Slamnig.
- Dejan Lutkić (Дејан Луткић), the speaking voice of Jafar, is also a singer. However, he was too busy the day of the recording, so Marko Marković (Марко Марковић) stepped in.
